There are about 1000 Real Estate agents in the Greenwich area who can list your house. You, the landlord, will have to pay a commission to the listing broker; that fee is negotiable. There are two primary multiple listing services in the area, and I would suggest using an agent that is a member of both as this will give you greater visibility.

Go to any of the Realtors in the town of Greenwich. We all can list it on the MLS and from there it is listed on a bunch of websites. There is a fee that the landlord pays but you need to discuss that with the agent. They will tell you what the other homes that are similar to yours have rented for in the past year and recommend a price.

Hi Christopher, you can probably do a search and find a TON of sites that will allow you to list your property (I'd start with Craigslist) but as far as getting listed on the HOmes dot com site, all that is done through real estate agents and MLS systems. Good Luck to you!
