That property sold back in June, it was only on the market for few days. There are other foreclosures out there but they do not last very long on the market if they are priced well and in fairly good shape. Let me know if you have any other questions shahar

When homes are listed in the Realtors’ database (MLS) they get populated on many general websites. However, they are not removed in a timely manner once they are sold. If you would like to access the MLS database which is always current you can do so on my website (see link above). Once there click on “Search homes for free now” in the upper right hand corner of my home page. You can search active/available listings.
