This will be a hard to find in the SCV, as Crystal has stated. Type the word - Rent - into the MacBoX at our site at Paris911 dot com to see what is available currently for rent in the SCV and SFV

Such a property is much more readily available in the San Fernando Valley, though we do (rarely) come across homes with guest properties in the older areas of Canyon Country and Newhall. Our team would be happy to initiate a search for you that is specific to homes with guest facilities. It may be challenging to locate, but not impossible!

I am looking to purchase a home in a couple of months but would like to look at my options first. Canyon Country would be fine or an area that is suitable for family.

This type of property is somewhat unusual in the Santa Clarita Valley, though we do occasionally see properties with guest houses in older areas of Canyon Country and Newhall. Such a property is much more readily available in the San Fernando Valley. How soon are you looking to purchase a property, and where do you prefer to be?
