Rent to own is happening now a days with the lenders tighting their guidelines to give mortgages what hold buyers to conclude their purchase now. There are different aproaches and one o those is two write two separate contracts, a leasing contract and purchase contract with a future settlement date. It is good to have an attorney to review it since we don't have a standard contract that covers the situation well.The monthly payments depends on an area you are looking for.
