You cant place a for sale by owner on this site. This site is for real estate agents and their clients. There are other sites for people to sell their own homes. They just do not have the number of listings, so they also have fewer buyers looking on those sites.
Interview realtors. Look for top producing agents. If you are a teacher, fire fighter, law officer, active duty military or veteran I reduce any commissions to my office by 50%.
