Need a rental outside of Atlanta, Ga. 3-4 months

Looking for a rental near Roswell, or really any nice suburb outside of Atlanta ga. Can be 30 min away. moving from Florida. No more than 900/mo. We do not have any ties to an area, my husband will be working for Atlanta Fire Dept. So any suburban area outside of Atlanta will do. Something not "country" and not Inner city. Thanks

Welcome ! Roswell is a really nice area. The budget is a little low for that area; however, I bet you will be able to 'negotiate' a good rental. Landlords are thankful to get stable good renters. Personally, I would start at CraigsList and try other online sources as Amanda has suggested. If you don't find what you want, a good realtor will help too.

Atlanta has several companies that specialize in leasing. My favorite is Atl City Relo They have helped many of my clients. They are really great to work with!
