I signed up to have my house in Kona, Hawaii "watched" by Homes.com. We would like to know more about listing and selling this house, but would like to take advantage of the free appraisal that you offer. However, no one has contacted us to follow up on this matter.

Hi John, I am a Realtor in Kona. I have extensive knowledge in determining a homes market value. I also have 15 years experience in real estate finance so I have reviewed many appraisals to determine a homes value. I would be happy to take a look at your home and put together a market analysis based upon recent comparable sales and the current direction of the market. Of course, I would also like to list your home for sale because that's what I do. However, I would absolutely not give you any kind of high pressure sales pitch.
