Hi, the house is in the redemption period. Meaning, it has been foreclosed upon on 5/26/11 but the owner has a certain timeframe (under one acre = 6 months, over one acre = 12 months) in which he can fulfill his obligation to the bank and pay off the entire loan amount to reclaim his property. You might want to call the Township or City of Vassar, Tusolca County, the clerk of deeds, and ask who owns the property (who is the taxpayer). I do not want to disclose this here. You can also talk to a local realtor and ask him or her to keep an eye open for this property and to inform you as soon as it hits the market so you can see it.
