Hi Dorothy. Welcome to Q&A. Jump in, the water is great and free.
This site is free. Once the home is listed in MLS it will pull here. You never have to input here. It's done through MLS...Good Luck!!
Dorothy,
As an agent, once you input the property into the MLS it should pull into different websites. If you have another website, like a personal one, then it will also pull into sites like this one and have your name tagged to the listing.
Your firm's info will be on the listing no matter what, but you want to have your name tagged to it. Some agents pay to be a "PRO" agent from different areas and clients could contact them, before they would get to your information.
Great question and worth doing more study on it. Good Luck.
Hi Dorothy. It's a free service. Enjoy!
No Dorothy. It's a free service. Enjoy!
Hi Dorothy, it is free for all, welcome!
Dorothy,
I don't understand. Since you are a Realtor, to what service do you refer?
Janet Lange
Sorry dorothy.. my understanding is this is a forum for customers who have real estate questions... so I answered accordingly .. without reading that it is from you as I am used to answering questions for the public .. but glad that my sister agents at remax are assisting as well.. welcome .. to our community am sure you will be a great help to someone who really needs your advice...
NO it doesnt however you sort of get what you pay for.... I am a broker in md dc and virginia... I am happy to answer a few general questions but if you really want my expertise in your specific situation you will need to contact me directly I have saved people thousands of dollars and have references from people who are glad they contacted me. Best of luck... Real estate is a profession like any other to get my license it took 3 plus years in 3 different states so you be the judge. Think of it as a free consultation I can sort of take a quarterbacks view for a half hour but any sort of free real estate advice is not really my policy as it would be with any area lawyer they will give a blanket opinion of the problem and a plan of action but that is all.
Advise is free. All you have to do is ask the question.
No this is completely free forum where professionals from the real estate world and beyond answer your questions and concerns. Let us know how we can be of assistance!
