This property is waiting for the bank answer, is under contract!!!
Hello Cynthia, The property you are interested in is already under contract. What you really need is a qualified and experienced Buyer's Representative. Verbal offers are not an acceptable way of putting in an offer on a property. Claudette Busuttil REMAX MARKETPLACE Celebration, FL

What phone number are you referring to? Most buyers work with a buyer's agent who represents their best interest. This agent is the one who would write your offer, with clauses and addendums to protect your interests. They will not take a verbal offer if that is what you refer to. Regardless, this property has been under contract almost 2 weeks already.
