I would suggest hire a Realtor to assist you with your home buying process. Its a free service to you, as a buyer. If you contact the Realtor of that listing you have to remember one thing his client is the seller not you the buyer. His best interest is his client, contact your local Realtor. Have a Realtor work for you and protect your interest as you deserve. I will be more than happy to help, or any of Realtor's on this site.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the listing, you will see the name of the broker. Just call their office directly and talk to the agent on duty.

Go ahead and contact the listing agent directly. Visit the listing page and look for offered by: David Nargang Nargang Real Estate Group You can google the office if need be.
