I became an real estate agent because helping people to achieve their goals and dreams of owning a home. Wether it is for vacation, investment or your first property, deciding to purchase a home is one of the most empowering, stressful, and significant decisions a person can make for their lives. It would be my pleasure to help you to achieve your goals for home ownership. Mortgages can be difficult to obtain but I can hold your hand and walk you through the whole process. I work with a financial team that specializes in approving foreign nationals and they have one of the highest approval ratings for foreign national mortgages in Central Florida. Tell me a little more about what you are looking for and I would be happy to contact you to help you in getting started and locating a home.

Hi there, if you need financing from a US bank it is a little bit more difficult to get it if you are not a resident or citizen. There may be private lenders who may provide you financing. When you buy a home expect a down payment from at least 25% down payment. I would recommend to try a lender in the Caribbean or where your primary resident is. Many banks have as well location or connection in the US and would provide you financing for a US home. Need more information feel free to contact me. Good Luck,

Hi, It is possible to finance a purchase of a home in the US. This type of loan is a Foreign National Loan, and typically you would need to put down a 25% deposit.
