There is no specific number, although some homeowner associations require a minimum score in order to be accepted into the community. Most Landlords look at the tenant's ability to pay and whether or not the tenant has oustanding inquires and or debts.
call me, I can help. we are bilingual.
Hi, Although most do check your cridt score, there's no number that I know of which is a cut-off...they look at more than your score; your background check, your rental history, your ability to pay, all go towards their caculations. My advice is to contact a company I use; Google, Watson Realty Rentals and it will take you to their web site. If you happen to rent from them please remember to let them know where you got their contact infomration.....thanks Jenifer Wilson.
there is no generall accepted number. each aget / owner will set their own renter qualifications.
there is no generally accepted score. Each Owner/ rental agent will set their own renter qualifications. Personally I look at ability to pay the rent. Credit score is looked at but it is not a show stopper
