When you pay for a web site, they give you the information that they have. It may not be the information that you need. Contact a good local Realtor to help you.
My experience with most of the foreclosure sites is that they are behind real time in terms of the status of the sales. Often a home is long gone or under contract when you see it on one of these sites. You really do need to contact a realtor because we have access to exactly where a listing is at in the sales process, this goes for short sales as well.
Buyers don't need these sites. A good Realtor will get instant info on for sale properties, and will help you. This particular site gives simply foreclosure or lis pen dens data which may not be relevant to an actual sale.
Realty Store reports on all foreclosures. Not just those that are available for sale.
The realty store does not have the most current information and has information about homes that will not be foreclosed on. Your best bet is to contact a local realtor and ask them for a list of foreclosures in your price range.

Realty store is a rip off. This information is free on other sites. Or a good Realtor can help you.
Realty Store is not the most reliable when it comes to status and details of a particular listing. Also, there are delays in the information. Although there are many public sites that can render some good information about active listings, the MLS that Realtors use is still the most up-to-date and accurate because it is in real time.
I'd be happy to help you get the information. What is the address of the properties you're interested in? Ray Gernhart RE/MAX Allegiance
