It is best for you to work with an agent who has the resources to invest on marketing your home and the ability to make sure your home is advertised throughout the local area and to assist you from start to finish to make your renting experience rewarding. There is so much involved in this process.

Hi Deborah - as you can see, you have plenty of agents willing to assist you with the leasing of your home. I always say interview three - see who you feel the most comfortable with, will give you the best deal without sacrificing marketing, and most importantly, how thoroughly your prospective tenants will be screened. Hi Deborah- As you can see, you have a lot of choices when it comes to Realtors willing to assist you with the leasing of your home..interview at least three - we would all love to help - see not only who will give you the best deal, but who you feel the most comfortable with.
