I suspect you have gotten an answer to this question, but just in case - your Realtor would need to subscribe to Homes dot com and upload the information for the listing. Hope that helps...

Tom, I suggest you give your Realtor a call and discuss with him posting your listing on the Homes dot com website. I do not believe that Homes dot com accepts feeds from our local Multiple Listing Service. Homes dot com requires the individual Realtor to be a member or purchase a listing service for listings to appear on their website. There are a number of website services out there that post listings in routine without a supplemental fee that represent the majority of the market. Depending on the marketing budget you both agreed to this may or may not be something you decide to pursue.
