Find an experienced lender with a broad knowledge of credit and credit repair resources. Some kinds of credit issues impact your score but do not have to be resolved. For instance, small old medical collections if you are purchasing using FHA. Good luck. Owen

You will have to search lenders. Different companies have different criteria, but the basic criteria is similar. So, search out lenders that will work with your situation. I wish you well.
