Hello - Will your owners consider a 6 month lease from March-August?

We own a property in Geneva (733 Meadows)and need to move out during a remodel. We have excellent credit and references. In fact, we own our own vacation rental property and know how to be excellent tenants. Thanks in advance for your consideration.

This is a good question. Six month rentals are hard to find and you usually pay a premium. There are deluxe apartment/townhome comlpexes that cater to short time executive rentals. This may be something to keep in mind.

Hello Brooke,You don't mention a specific property in your question. I know of a property available in Geneva as a short term rental.It sounds like you would be excellent tenants to have.
