Unsure, its not currently listed on the MLS by a Realtor, it did sell & close 04/03/09 for $57K cash, as a bank owned/foreclosed property with Code Violations, unpermitted sturcture in the rear & open roof permit etc. so perhaps the investor is flipping it wihtout a commission and you're saving ...? Or perhaps there are other issues ...? Who is the Seller/person you're dealing with?
