I am assuming you don't have a relationship with your current agent as this is a question that should be directed towards him/her. They can easily fix that error...

Actually both the broker and the listing agent can make the change. Ask listing agent first, if not satisfied you can talk with the broker. That will get it done. Hope it helps

Contact the listing agent in writing and let him/her know - if its not resolved then contact the Texas Real Estate Commmission

Are you referring to a mistake on the MLS listing? That is easily corrected by the listing agent. No one else can correct it. Please clarify if I have misunderstood.
