An agent has long standing relationships in the foreclosure industry. This is key when trying to secure a decent property in this market. By law these websites have to give contact information on the listing agent, but it's often very small and hard to find. It's to encourage you to utilize the services of an agent. When I register you on my website you will be able to search like I do for homes and receive all the pertinent info with pictures (as long as the agent has taken pictures.) When a new listing is submitted,a price reduction, back on the market, pendings and solds you will be alerted right away. So you wont be wasting your time looking at homes that are not available any longer.

You dont always get the addresses when you sign up for foreclosure sites. The best way to get foreclosure lists is to contact a local realtor and ask them to set you up on a free foreclosure home search. This way the homes you see will be available for you to see and purchase. Many times the lists you pay for have homes that will never be up for sale.
