Do you have a price range you would like to stay in? I currently have a great listing for under $40,000 in a gated senior community, 2 bed 2 bath that allows pets. No garage But this is a little further North then Boynton, It is in West Palm Beach. I have another in Century Village in Boca Raton but that does not allow pets. If you send me some more information, I can help you find what you are looking for. Thanks Marni Marni Zuckerman Signature International Real Estate

Any of the agents below are very competent. I do the lending side. I fyou would like to get pre-qualified just reach out to me. That way if you see something you will know exactly what payment you are looking at. Aso when putting your offer in you are going to want an approval letter.
