Hi Timothy, Please select the "Contact Me" link so we can connect and it will be my pleasure to answer your questions. The price per square foot is dependent on many different factors such as the condition of the home, location and what comparable homes are selling for in a particular neighborhood to name a few. Have a wonderful day.

It isn't necessarily zip code, but the subdivision/builder or part of town. In some zip codes homes can range from $70 to $100 / sq. ft. The address you chose which is in Katy. Katy is good example of this. If I can be of assistance, please use the "Contact Me" button and give me a call or email.
