There are pet friendly places out there and you have to find them. In general if you have a pet they may charge extra and usually with a pet you cannot negotiate rent. I have negotiated lower rent however it is always for people without pets and high credit and great terms for the landlord. I hope this helps.

He is a 10 - 11 month old rescue. We believe (and the vets believes) he's a mix between a Plott hound and Boxer. I do think he's probably done growing for the most part. He is incredibly friendly with both people and other dogs! You are more than welcome to meet him! And my second question is about the price of rent; is there any room for negotiation?
