This rental home is, indeed as of this response, still reflecting that it is "back on the market". If you are not sure if you are communicating with a proper individual on the rental terms, etc., it would be a great idea to retain the services of a capable real estate agent who can assist you in making sure you are working with the correct person with your interest in this rental property. According to the listing and the County Appraisal District Records the home you ask about is owned by Dustin Martin.
