To find out what the annual taxes are visit the county websites. There may be city taxes also so check the city website. Williamson county is williamsoncounty-tn dot gov. Taxes are based on the value of the home as determined by the tax accessors office. If you feel the tax appraisal is too high you may petition to get it changed. A knowledgeable realtor will be able to assist you.
