If is sounds to good to be true it normally is! If there was $100 homes I would by as many as i could no matter what area of town it was in.

Yes but that does not included the leans on the home. The $100 transfers title in the tax records but the buyer would have to pay for any leans on the property. That's why most auctions do not have any buyers at the court house steps!!Why would you buy a home 50 to 100% overpriced? If its too good to be true buyer beware!!
