Zillow has rentals and there are a number of large, very good property management firms in the metro area. Also try rentals dot com.

Because rentals are scarce. I would recommend a property management company. They will have the up to date rental information and save you time and money in the long run. There are several, you can go online and search for a home. The advertisement will link you to the management company. Don't give anyone any money up front there are a lot of scams out there.

Craigslist is the best for leads, since Property Managers also advertise on this medium as well. Find a location and the Property Management company handling the property, look up additional available units on their web site. cheers-

Put in applications with as many property managers as possible. By the time something hits a website it's likely already rented.
