Are there stated income loans that do not require tax returns to get approved, I have plenty of cash for a down payment at least 50%

I think my credit score is about 640 my only income is passive from rental properties,

Various programs and terms change all of the time. In my area there usually some lenders who will originate mortgages on the terms you described. If you were here, I would refer you to our local mortgage broker. Maybe you can click the "Mortgage" tab at the top of the page and find one in your area.
