I suggest you interview at least 3 Realtor's before choosing one, that way you will feel good about your selection and not have doubts down the road.
There are many ways one can list their rental property. 1. As a DIYer you could advertise in the local classified section of a paper. But choose one that has other rental listings and has a high circulation. There are many websites that cater to rental marketing. Some are free and others have a fee. I can email you a list. 2. Hire an agent who specializes in Rentals. They do that everyday and specifically focus on rentals and market them professionally. 3. Property Management companies also can do this.
Are you saying that you want to sell your rental property or you are looking for new tenants for the investment property you own? If you have tenants in place and you want to sell the house their are ways and rules to do that. If you are seeking tenants, there are many property management companies that I can recommend to you. You will want the best one in town so call me for my knowledge and expertise on the subject.
Always ask "what they will do for you" and let them know up front what they can expect from you. Honesty up front sets the direction for the entire transaction.
Contact a good realtor that handles a good amount of rental properties and they will list them on the appropriate sites for you
