get in touch with a local realtor who can help you through this process, and be loyal to the one you trust.. banks advertise then sometimes pull the properties so you'll see them come on and off the market. sometimes they (the bank) decide to rehab them to get them back up to market value. by going to the clerk of court docket you can watch the property and the status. the foreclosed parties have until the last min. to remedy their predicament.
Hi Steve. The quickest way to find information on the bank that owns the foreclosure is to go to local County Public Records or County Clerk's office. This information is a matter of public record as soon as the foreclosure matter is dispensed with. Good luck.

Steve, the owner on the property is "Nationstar Mtg Llc", it will be best to probably google the phone number and see if you can talk with an asset manager on the property if they will talk to you. You may just have to wait until the home is listed by an REO agent ( Real Estate Owned) or bank owned. I have also done a property profile search if you'd like to get me your email contact info after searching my agent profile in CA. 93277. Good luck.
You can find that information by pulling the property record from the County Property Appraisers site. Use the owner of records information to search at the County Clerk of Court, Public Records. There will be a final judgement or lis pendens with the Banks name as the Plaintiff or mentioned in the recorded instrument. This information can be used to find future information. The bank is NationStar Mortgage (888) 850-9398* Press 0 for operator and Loss Mitigation
