Is it true the Dalebrook farms listing (MLS ID # AD7386177)is only 130 acres of useable land because the rest is designated as a nature preserve?

Kim, I will have to check on the exact number of acres in each of the two parcels... But, I did some work on this property last year. There are two large parcels. One parcel is in land preservation and this property can only have one residence built on it. The other tract with the existing home and outbuildings still has some subdivision rights. Since, this property is located in Franklin township which allows for subdivision of only 30% of a parcel to be developed... I would have to confirm with the board of supervisors just how many lots this would allow contingent upon perks obtained. I think I estimated at one point possibly 14-16 1-2 acre lots or something close to that as I recall. I did this research over a year ago. Call me if you would like to discuss this further.
