Good morning So sorry to hear about your situation. My suggestion is to find a good realtor who has the team in place to handle your sale. Lots of us are CDPE (certified distress property experts). Pick one who knows that area, (I do) and pick someone who will take the time to walk you through the process. The right agent and company can make all the difference in your results.
