Did you sign a lease to purchase agreement with the owner? That is the best place to start. Also, it is time to get pre-approved for a loan that you carry on your own. Make sure to ask your chosen lender about down payment assistance, possible credit repair options, and all loan types available such as USDA, FHA, and VA if you have been in the military. You can certainly hire a Realtor to help you with the transaction if you would fee more confident. How exciting! Home ownership without having to move again is always awesome!!
