Buying a beach house can deliver an excellent return on investment (ROE), provide you a reliable income stream and give you a place on the beach to vacation free of charge when you desire. The method followed by many beach house investors is to purchase the house and then rent it out during peak tourism times. For example, a beach house owner in Florida would ensure his house is available for rent during the snowbird season of October to March, when residents of Midwestern and New England states descend on the Sunshine State in droves to escape the cold and snow Whit your planned Budget My recommendation is a Condo with minimum monthly obligations (HOA) fees ,I just Sold (400 N Surf Rd APT 504 Hollywood, FL 33019) in front of the beach Visit my website if you need my services

Check out the East Coast of Central Florida. Florida's Space Coast is within 1hr to Orlando International Airport and theme parks. Beachside towns include Indialantic, Satellite Beach, Cocoa Beach, & Cape Canaveral. Let me know if I can help you in your search.

I would recommend a condo or townhome on the SouthEast side of Florida! Most people fear it is too expensive to move near Fort Lauderdale or Boca Raton, but there are opportunities all along the coast that will provide you easy access to the beach! Also, the dining and nightlife in SouthEast Florida is second to none. I would love to help you find a property if interested.

Southwest Florida is where you want to be! Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero and Bonita Springs will keep you close to the beaches and airport. With your budget of $250,000 you will have many options to choose from. Plus, today it is 79 and sunny so you will get the warmth you are looking for. Let me know if I can help you further!

The southwest florida area is really nice. The prices on this coast are very affordable compared to the rest of Florida. You could easily find a beautiful single family home in Cape Coral for 250K or a condo in Fort Myers in that price range.

South East Florida have amazing beaches and in Fort Lauderdale there are beautiful beaches and an airport but quite honest with a budget of $250K you will not be able to purchase a single family home close to the beach in this area, but maybe a townhouse or condo. Let me know if it would work for you. Adriana Cruz

Hi Maryna, So glad you asked this question! St. Augustine, the Nation's Oldest City is a great pick for perfect mix of history, beautiful beaches and banner blue skies in February! Our prices are reasonable, and you can purchase either a full-time residence or condo that you can use as an investment property for the price range you mentioned. We are 1 hour from the Jacksonville International airport, and Daytona, and only 2 hours from airports and all attractions in Orlando.

Hi Maryna. Look into Cape Coral & Fort Myers, Florida. The homes are newer construction & offer larger floor plans for the price. The beaches are very nice and they are nearby. This area is great for a vacation house. Should you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

Hallendale have a lot of condos, most are 30 -40 years old, but you still can get a beach front condo for around that price.
