You like in Kentucky, but my advise to you would be contact you local lender to see if they can guide you with credit repair. It might take a couple years to get on the right track, but if you do everything correctly it would be possible to purchase a home.

"Bad Credit" is something that depends on what is on your credit. A Mortgage Broker should be able to help you. If you need one please contact me and I will set you up with one. The mortgage broker will help you to identify exactly what you need to do in order to move in a great position to own a home.

"Real Bad" credit will limit your options. A loan originator can help with the basic process of improving that and usually will not charge for the help. There are specialists that can also help. I suggest you check client reviews on these before you contract them. Owner finance or lease to buy is another alternative , but in most cases this will cost you more.

It is depending on your personal situation, your income, assets, employment status and much more. There are many mortgage loan originators who can help you to improve your credit score. The first thing I would do is to talk to one of them.
