Buy house or business first?

I'm buying a business and also want to move. Is it better to wait until the small business loan goes through, or better to sell my current home and buy a new house before the business loan closes? (Which might be late spring/early summer.) Wondering how the biz loan will impact my ability to qualify for a new mortgage. I currently have a mortgage, which would be paid off through the sale of my house.

a house has some benefits in your personal tax write offs. and a house that is protected by homestead is always a great thing. plus later if you need money for a business, you could borrow against equity but in reality this is really a personal matter.
