The best way to learn about foeclosures is to call or email a real estate broker. :)

You need a Realtor to set up a search that includes "Foreclosures"! It is also a good idea to add Estate properties and Short Sales as well. My name is Tim Higgins and I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert. Please call me at 303=887=3858 if you have any questions!

Let me know what you want -- pre-foreclosures, those going to auction or what is it you are looking for?

Please clarify. Are you trying to get a hold of the home owner before the foreclosure or the bank after the foreclosure?

Hello Debbie! Agents have access to an ongoing list of properties at all stages of foreclosure. My recommendation is to talk to an agent and work together. I have the spreadsheet saved to my laptop and I would assume other agents do as well! Tell us, what are your goals with the foreclosures?
