What bank do I get approved at for foreclosure purchases? The Veterans Home Loans pre-approved me but not good for foreclosure or mobile properties.
Are there any banks, credit unions or lenders that take the lower class business minded people seriously or do we all have to have a fat bank account and elite credit score? This banking industry needs another wakeup bell to sound or something.

I can finance MOST manufactured homes that are double-wide or larger provided the borrower is also able to be pre-approved. There is a lot that goes into foreclosure purchase and manufactured homes which is over and above what is typically needed buying, say, a stick-built single family property. That said, if you have a knowledgeable profession involved on the lending side we can usually tell you upfront if the potential deal will likely go thru to closing.
Best of luck and I hope this was helpful!
You can definitely at least in the state of Georgia use a VA funding to purchase a foreclosure. You need to find a realtor who is knowledgeable in the market and able to guide you properly in finding the home. I have 2 VA loan clients and they purchased foreclosures or REO properties. Also check on the VA foreclosed website they have homes there too.
