After working with Ash 5 years ago to find an apartment, we sought him out this year to help find a real home. Ash made our first time homebuying experience quick, easy, and painless...not the typical story. He found the specific type/style of home and property that we were looking for within our price range, and gave excellent advice for putting our offer. We had a deal shortly after the offer, with both parties very pleased with the selling price. Ash then recommended the "A-team" for the mortgage, attornery, inspection, etc. We were closed within 35 days of putting in the offer! (and this could have been even earlier if the homeowner's new home was ready for them to move into). Ash continues to reach out and follow up with us about our new home.
