In fact, I've already referred her to many friends, family members and colleagues. When results count...Cheryl's success is unsurpassed!Mitch BoozerI would just like to formally state that Corinne and I have been very pleased with the performance of Cheryl Talbot. As you know, Cheryl was the Realtor we chose after interviewing others. We chose Cheryl because of her high energy level, experience, knowledge, professionalism and fiery spirit. Cheryl has followed up on our very many questions and has completed every aspect of the real-estate process that includes marketing, selling, and closing the contract in a professional and energetic manner. We would like to most certainly recommend Cheryl as the "go-to agent" for relocation, selling and buying a home here in Hampton Roads Metro Region. Regards, Tom MillerTom MillerWhen we decided to start looking for an agent to sell our home, we asked some of our friends and family who they might recommend. Once we gathered names of agents we thought might be the best choice, we interviewed each one of them. What stood out about Cheryl was her professionalism. It takes just the right ingredients to create the perfect real estate sale... an appealing property, an enthusiastic client, and of course, an experienced agent. We felt we found all these things in her. Our priorities came before all others and she did anything we asked appling prudent resources which resulted in a quick sale. Cheryl gave us the benefit of her collective experience and her willingness to do everything within her power to bring us to a successful close on our home. We will certainly recommend her to others as she was truly an asset to the entire process.Tyrone JonesJust a short note to say "Thank You" ..Cheryl for your dedication and strong work ethic. We were very concerned in finding the right Realtor in assisting us in buying a home here in Virginia Beach. Since we had never lived here before, it was hard to determine where would be the best place for our family. You gave us the tools we needed to do the research necessary to find the perfect place. The other thing is that we had talked with other Realtors but never "clicked" with them. You made us feel at ease, yet still had the skills and knowledge that set you apart from the others. For that reason, we selected you to be our Realtor. When we get ready to move, we will call you. Once you've worked with the best, why try the rest? Thank you once again....We are very happy in our new home.Andrew WebberCheryl ws great! Very knowledgeable and on top of every aspect of the transaction. All interactions were handled very professionally and personally. She was thorough, competent and very committed in helping us achieve our goals. Cheryl returned calls promptly regardless of the time of day. I would recommend Cheryl to all my family, friends and colleagues.Roger BarrettCheryl did a great job assisting us in selling our home. She had a level of enthusiasm that made a difference to us in finding the right Realtor. We were looking for someone who had knowledge of the market along with the skill to get the home sold. She always answered our calls and was there to assist us with our many questions. She did everything she promised from the time we listed our home until we were there at closing. We really felt Cheryl was in our corner. And for us it made the sell of our home a pleasant one. Now we can retire and be closer to our children. Thank you for a job well done!!!Ben Price
