No fireplace is noted in the Multiple Listing Service record.Answered: Jan 28, 2012No - there's really no difference whatsoever - so far as credit qualification for a buyer. The condition of the home could affect whether certain types financing are available - say an FHA loan. However, there are ways around that issue - FHA rehab loan, for instance.
