I want to start from the beginning, just to really demonstrate how Dianne Kessler's keen sense of professionalism and hard work really paid off for me. I had never lived in Savannah, Ga and was in need of a place to live as I was beginning a doctoral program in the area. I was under a huge time crunch because I started my search only 3 weeks before the program start date. I found Dianne's information online, and within the first 2 minutes of speaking with her over the phone I knew that she was exactly who I was looking for to work for me. She listened carefully and then asked poignant questions that were both comforting and thought provoking. She really knows the "ins & outs" of the business. I was looking for a nice condo to live in while in school that could also be used as an investment property in the future. She presented me with very ORGANIZED lists of properties along with her thoughts on each. She works extremely well through text and email, which is important today. We visited properties for 3 days together, and I enjoyed every second. She is a very CONNECTED, PERSONABLE and PROFESSIONAL business woman. Her office is ran like a well oiled machine, so the negotiation and closing process went so smoothly I couldn't believe it. I have been in my new home and have been extremely happy for about a month now.
