I have known Faith Pennybaker for the past 2 years. She worked for the company that sold the home that my Dad and I live in now. She was the first person I came in contact with and after explaining our needs she knew exactly the home we needed. She invited me to come out and look at the home and I was blown away by what I saw. She worked with us tirelessly step by step until our closing. She was excited and encouraging all along the way which kept us excited. Each day that I wake up and step out of my room into another area of the house, I'm still at awe knowing that this is my home. I'm very grateful for Faith's knowledge and expertise of how she handle our situation. I have already recommended her to my friends and will continue to do so in the future. Hi Terri, I would definitely contact your listing agent to see why. There is a slight delay or lag time but the data should be automatically syndicated to all of the major listing portals. Also, check for accuracy when it does post because I've noticed discrepancies many times when it's it's pulled over and need to go in and make necessary changes. A lease to buy agreement is where both parties agree to a pre-specified sales price to occur upon completion of a pre-specified duration of time and set amount or percentage of the rental payments to be credited as a down payment toward future ownership. The terms of this type of transaction greatly vary depending on the situation. Just remember that the buyer is still a renter and has no ownership in the property until closing. And, unless the contract allows for negotiating the sales price at the end, just prior to closing, it wouldn?t be wise since there is no way of knowing how the market will be down the road. However, the good news is that there are currently several programs out there that can help buyers who just need help with a down payment as long as they have good credit. And, the interest rates are so low that it makes mortgage payments as low or lower than rent in most cases.

It shows up in the MLS as a rental and clearly the pictures that you see attached do not go with the property. What is that old saying...if it's too good to be true, it probaly is!
