He took dozens of professional photos of my home and had almost weekly open houses until it was quickly sold. Just two examples of the commitment he makes to getting the job done right. Highly recommend. AlbertAmyGrover NaslundGrover was very helpful in helping me buy my first home. I was not sure what I wanted but he showed me properties to make my final decision. Being a first time home buyer in USA, I was confused and had lot of questions, Grover was very friendly and his honest advises and expertise in the real estate field made it very easy for me to go through the entire process. I would highly recommend him. user06644824Grover NaslundWe have worked with Grover several times and always recommend him to our friends. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable. His understanding of both the market and the home buying and selling process has been invaluable to us. We wouldn't buy or sell a home without him! Claire FrankGrover NaslundGrover is great to work with - as a buyer or a seller. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate biz and works hard to get you the best deal he can - with respect and honesty. He'll keep you informed about the market and about any R.E. activity you need to know, and he's always available if you have questions. jane904Grover NaslundAs the home seller and buyer, I already have a full time job in another industry, so managing the real estate process by me alone would be impossible. There are always so many questions, forms, dealings with inspectors, lenders, the title company, escrow, creditors, lenders, lien holders, attorneys, utilities, moving companies, other agents, other buyers and sellers and multiple deadlines…..not sure how Grover magically keeps it all together, but he doesn’t miss a beat. Grover sees the big picture and masterfully navigates, or better said, orchestrates the entire transaction to a successful closing. He’s a creative problem solver and very persistent, and I need that as I’m a getting distracted or forgetting about emails, etc. Thanks Grover, you make it look so easy! I highly recommend Grover Naslund. DaveGrover NaslundAs first time house buyers, my wife and I were very excited and nervous. Grover made the process from beginning to end easy. As it is a huge life changing decision, we needed someone with great knowledge of in industry to aid us in our journey. We told him what we were looking for and in what area. Every day we were given a list of potential homes, he must have shown us a dozen before we found the right one. His eagerness to find us the right home was excellent, he stuck to what we wanted and help us get it. We are still in our home 11 years later. We highly recommend Grover. jaxburnsGrover NaslundGrover is amazing. He worked with us through multiple offers since August. 2 we were out-bid. 1 was accepted but because of his awesome referral to a home inspector, we walked away from a very water damaged home. Finally we found the perfect home in Issaquah. It would not have happened without expert advice from Grover and his awesome negotiation skills. A side note. I have worked in Lending for 16 years and worked with MANY agents. Grover is one of the very best. So glad we chose him for our own home purchase. MarisaGrover NaslundGrover was excellent in helping us find the perfect house! He worked tirelessly to help us look at many houses until we found the right one. It's so fun to spend time with Grover and really knows the area. He was always available when we had questions and was very flexible about working around our busy schedules. He gave "Grover" dolls to both of our children and had champagne waiting for us to welcome us to our new home. Grover is truly a gem to work with and I'd highly recommend him to anyone! Maria hebert4Grover NaslundGrover worked hard to help us sell our home and was able to get top dollar per square foot which made it possible for us to get into another home that met our growing family's needs. When we worked with Grover, our home was the first he had listed in the Snoqualmie Ridge area which is why a gave 4 stars to local knowledge. He seemed to adapt to the market there at the time and I would imagine that he would warrant a 5 star rating now having done more business in that area over the past 4 years. AndreGrover NaslundWe had a positive experience working with Grover. We were buying our first home in 2009 when the market was doing very poorly. At that time there were many homes on the market, but many had major issues or were in foreclosure or were a short sale. Grover was very patient looking at houses (and we looked at a LOT of houses). As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and Grover answered them all in a timely fashion. Grover had a good knowledge of the area and was able to explain buying strategies to us in a way that was easy to understand. Grover is an easy person to talk to and made the numerous hours searching for a new home in a bad market enjoyable. lenajohnson3Grover NaslundBeing a firstv time home buyer, I was somewhat apprehensive. After looking for 6 months and with Grover's help, he directed us thru the painless process. I was amazed how easy it was, he truly made it an enjoyable experience. I would highly reccomend Grover to anyone who is considering a home purchase. dananielsen1Grover NaslundGrover was great to work with. He knew our real estate area well and was able to advise us on selling our current home and buying our next home. Grover offered solid answers to our questions about the process. I highly recommend Grover! Shannon LawGrover NaslundGrover is a personable, professional realtor with express knowledge in the greater Seattle/Bellevue metro areas. Grover helped us buy our home and consistently went above and beyond expectations during the process, once even driving up to grant us access to a property, one last time prior to making an offer, during the Friday afternoon commute from the Eastside to the north end. Grover knows the Market and real estate processes impeccably, this will be evident, if you are lucky enough to work with him. I can't recommend his services enough.... ChristopherGrover NaslundBought a Single Family home in 2003 in North Juanita, Kirkland, WA. Grover helped me find my 1st house and then a few years later helped me find my dream house. He is awesome and loved how he cared about my family needs and requirements. Shannon E.Grover Naslund

New on Our BlogThe 8 Most Popular Hipster Cities Where Young People Are Calling Home Bobbie Preston It’s Hip to Be Where? Hipsterism is an odd cultural phenomenon, in that one of the prerequisites for membership in the club is to vehemently deny said membership. So, how can you find out which cities are the most “hipster?” You can’t conduct a hipster survey, as legit hipsters would never deign to participate in such a thing. Instead, you have to comb the data for telltale signs of hipsterdom: things like a young, college educated populace; robust arts and music scenes; and a high per-capita concentration of independent coffee shops, yoga studios, record stores, microbreweries, and farmer’s markets. It’s also a good idea to find out where recent college grads are planning on moving. So which cities in the country are known for being the hippest? Seattle, Washington Seattle has been hipster since hipster was grunge. OK, you could argue that the two are not the same thing, and you’d be right, but there’s definitely more than a little ‘90s influence in the average hipster ensemble. Seattle has it all: great coffee, a youthful and highly educated populace, an inspired culinary scene, and an artistic community that’s been keeping it weird since 1985. Denver, Colorado On the surface, Denver doesn’t look like a hipster enclave. But check out neighborhoods like LoHi, South Broadway, and River North, and you’ll get the picture pretty quickly. There are plenty of cool little enclaves in the Mile High City, not to mention legal marijuana, left-of-center politics, and facial hair… lots of it. Austin, Texas Austin, Texas is home to the annual SXSW festival, one of the coolest music, film, and interactive extravaganzas in the country. There are more quirky food trucks than you can shake a stick at, and perhaps more importantly, it seems like everyone in Austin is some type of artist. Don’t be surprised if you hear things like “Well, I’m a doctor, but that’s just my day job. I’m really more of a collage artist.” Asheville, North Carolina Like Seattle, Asheville is a place with hipster street cred that dates back to the mid ‘80s. It’s full of independent bookshops, vintage clothiers, and brewpubs. It’s not trying to be cool; it just is cool. Asheville seems a bit like Austin’s little brother, smaller but less self-conscious. Oakland, California We all know San Francisco is cool – it was basically the birthplace of the whole counterculture movement. It’s also become one of the most expensive places to live, which is why savvy hipsters have been relocating to Oakland now for years. What’s not to like? Oakland has some of the best farm-to-fork food in the country, and there are plenty of art galleries, live music venues, and old-fashioned barbershops. It’s kind of like the Brooklyn of the West. Portland, Oregon Portland, Oregon has long been known as a hipster enclave, but it’s really blown up over the past ten years. Some locals say that’s not necessarily a good thing, as formerly affordable blue-collar neighborhoods are razed to make way for high-rent condos every week, it seems.
