The leases remain in effect when property is sold and new owner must accept the terms stated. On occasion, the seller might try to offer an incentive to the tenant to vacate early, but seller is not obligated to do so nor is the tenant required to accept. Seek legal counsel as to your rights. Hello, there is nothing available in our multiple listing system as of today in Oak Creek (one 3 bedroom listing built in 2006 has accepted offer, list price $257,900). I would think you reaching out to builders would be best, since a newer 2 bedroom style is usually in the condominium category, which you do not want. Best...Joyce Muecke, RE/MAX Realty 100
Hi there - I have in the past written an amendment deleting the personal property rather than an entire new offer (IF the lender would accept) or new offer excluding is just more paperwork but can be done also. Before signing the new offer or the amendment, have the seller sign a bill of sale listing the items included at $0.00 cost to you. Good luck.
Hello Chris - if you use your favorite search engine, and input houses to rent in metro Milwaukee, you'll get a lot of rental web sites....also Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel has a section of houses and apartments for rent. Regards, Joyce Muecke - RE/MAX Realty 100
A majority of Realtors don't handle rental situations...only sales. I would get a copy of Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel (especially sunday issue for rentals as well as 'google'to see what's available.) Happy New Year! Joyce
Hi - I am not allowed to post web sites, so please 'google' for the Wisconsin Depart of Veterans Affairs (if you are living in Wisconsin) as well as Federal Veterans benefits and I'm sure you'll get the sites I would liked to have sent. There is more than home loan help available so would be good to check out.... And thanks for your service. Joyce
Hello - Per multiple listing data, the taxes are $3428 annually and association fee of $205 a month which includes sewer/water. This is a 2nd floor unit and no basement. You are fortunate that the complex allows owners to keep 2 small dogs! (most complexes only alllow 1 or none). Yes, private entrance and deck (because it's a 2nd floor)...1st floor would have patio. Gas/electric would be based on your own personal use (I use central air very little and turn down heat at night): $107 month average bill for about the same sq footage. Regards....Joyce Muecke, RE/MAX Realty 100
Both homes you've chosen are short sales, which means the bank must approve any offer and requires a pre-approval of financing. Have you gotten yours? You can see the home regardless but would encourage you to proceed with your financing approval actually needed for all offers. Both are shown to be available 7911 N. 53, Milwaukee and 7392 W. Potomac, Milwaukee
