We sold our home in Edmonton within 2 weeks and arrived in Victoria eager to purchase. The pressure was on. The most important thing for us is that Karen listened. She paid special attention to our needs and requirements and would adapt as required as our search narrowed. Over the month of care she took in showing us over 70 properties, we always felt well represented by a serious, calm and professional expert. We grew to admire her with each passing offer (the third time was the charm) as she carefully and methodically guided us through the purchasing process. My husband and I heartily recommend Karen not only because she really does care, but she's also patient, kind and knows her business. She was also very valuable in being a key resource for the variety of professionals required when moving to a new city. We relied on her experience and knowledge throughout the process, and knew that she had our best interest in mind at all times. Thanks again Karen and we appreciate the time and effort you put in to help us find our perfect and 'forever' home.Mary-anne VeitKaren always goes above and beyond expectations and does a fabulous job of finding just the right property. Her negotiation skills are top notch. I highly recommend Karen to any serious buyer or seller.Rosa Caird

My approach to understand what my clients are looking for in a home is to ask about their family needs. I also talk with them about their lifestyle and what is important to them in a home and neighbourhood. I find through conversation it uncovers lots of insight into what the buyer needs and wants are. I have found through this process that sometimes my clients are surprised about what they discover. Buy spending this time together we both come out with a better understanding of what's really important.
