My approach to understand what my clients are looking for in a home is to ask about their family needs. I also talk with them about their lifestyle and what is important to them in a home and neighbourhood. I find through conversation it uncovers lots of insight into what the buyer needs and wants are. I have found through this process that sometimes my clients are surprised about what they discover. Buy spending this time together we both come out with a better understanding of what's really important.
