Thank you. We were blessed when we selected you as our agent. Just beginning to realize how fortunate we are to have sold in this environment.Lisa BolandLisa is fantastic!!! If my house doesn’t sell, it certainly won’t be for the lack of effort on their part. Lisa and her husband are fantastic realtors and I will highly recommend you to anyone that I know that is selling.Lisa Boland“I have had experience with Realtors for 45 years of my life. I used to be a realtor myself a number of years ago, but I have NEVER met anyone like Nick Boland. He was amazing! He is brillant, has great compassion, is incredibly efficent and helpful. I will continuously recommend him to everyone I meet that needs to buy or sell a home!”Mekki LouNick and Lisa Boland were wonderful, always kept us updated and informed on anything going on, whether it had to do with us or the sellers side. I would recommend them to anyone, they were always on top of everything, and we never had to wait for them on anything.Lisa Boland“I only have good words to say about Nick Boland and his wife Lisa in regards to facilitating our purchase of the 14338 Arborcrest property. We have been working with them for over a year in selecting a house in the SE Houston Metro area, and they have been very patient with the conditions that prevented us from commiting to purchasing a new home. The Bolands were very responsive to our needs and questions concerning the selection and purchase of this house. They did a very good job.”Dohicky Jones“Nick and Lisa Boland were wonderful, always kept us updated and informed on anything going on, whether it had to do with us or the sellers side. I would recommend them to anyone, they were always on top of everything, and we never had to wait for them on anything. Thanks, Matthew and Melissa Johnson”Dohicky JonesI would highly recommend Lisa to all of my friends and family. She is knowledgeable, hard working, always available and was always willing to show us homes. She helped us get a great deal when we purchased our home and will use her again!Megan DaughertyNick and Lisa Boland and their entire team were wonderful, always kept us updated and informed on anything going on, whether it had to do with us or the sellers side. I joke and say Lisa spoiled me because she did such and amazing job selling our house. I actually found myself critiquing other realtors as we looked through potentional properties. Our house had been off and on the market for three years with three different realtors, and Lisa had it sold in a couple of months. I am so sorry we didn't find them first. They have such a refreshing work ethic and are the most professional and efficient realtors I have ever worked with. Everyone on their team has always been quick to respond and answer any questions or concerns we have. I would definitely recommend Texas Home Shop Realty to any and every one!Rachel ChapmanThank you so much Lisa for making our move to stree free. We have sold a few properties in the past and I just wanted to say than you for all that you have done. You are truly a professional and I will recommend you to everyone I know.Carla WilsonNick and Lisa were absolutely WONDERFUL! We worked primarily with Nick to sell our home in League City, TX and I cannot speak highly enough about him. Our house went on the market and was sold within 30 days, thanks to all the hard work of Nick and his team. We were out of town sellers and Nick went out of his way to help us with the sale. He was always available by phone and truly made us feel like his only clients. He spent time educating us throughout the process and never made us feel like our questions were stupid (although we were first time home sellers!). We are so grateful for the painless experience and would recommend these realtors to anyone. Hoping to move back to the area in the next few years and will definitely be using this group to purchase a home.Caitlin Hoover

Most of our good rentals are going within a day or two. Get with a great agent who can let you know of rentals immedietly if not before they hit the market for the best chance.Answered: Jan 11, 2012I usually figure home insurance around 1% of the property's price per year. This will more than likely include hazard, windstorm and flood. There of course are a lot of variables that go into this such as exactly where the home is and personal info from you. You can save a ton of money by shopping around and tweak your deductables as well to something you are comfortable with. I usually recommend a 1% deductable on hazard, and a 2% on wind. There is also a way to insure 80% of the value which can be a huge savings if you are buying an older home with a lot of square footage. Give me a ring if you want a great referral to an insurance company in the area here.Answered: Dec 28, 2011I have a 4 bedroom you can see at 206 pebble canyon in bay colony and if you like it, give me a ring.Answered: Dec 16, 2011I don't believe that on the consumer rental search there is that option. Realtors have a more detailed search available where we can search by homes that allow pets or not. Feel free to visit our website and drop us a line on what you are looking for. We would be happy to set up a search with that criteria in it for you. Have a great night!Answered: Oct 10, 2011In answer to: can i buy a foreclosed home with poor credit? If you are planning on financing the home, it doesn't make that much of a difference if it is a foreclosure or not. The condition of the property might exclude it from certain types of loans though. Get with a good mortgage banker to see what you need to do to be financeable.Answered: Oct 10, 2011In answer to: can i buy a foreclosed home with poor credit? If you are planning on financing the home, it doesn't make that much of a difference if it is a foreclosure or not. It is better to have an agent who represents you and your interests when purchasing a property.
