I recently worked with Louise in the effort to find a home for my brother-in-law. Louise was very attentive to specific needs requested, helping to narrow down the extensive market to find not only the perfect house, but helped in negotiating the perfect price. She stayed on top of the fast changing available inventory to enable the best selection choice. Also, she helped to navigate the various details involved in buying, financing, and all steps of the purchase process. We were most impressed in how she quickly answered calls & questions, which became very noticeable compared to the non-professionalism of other realtors who did not return calls or seem interested in selling their listed properties. Louise not only gave us her total focus in finding the right property, but greatly impressed us with her patience and professionalism. By the end, we had not only a great realtor to work with on future needs, but a great friend!

Once you sell your current home and payoff the existing VA loan, you should be eligible to apply for another VA loan to purchase your new home. I suggest that you find a lender that can provide you with a pre-approval for a new mortgage which will probably be contingent upon the sale of your current home. If your relocation is due to the military (orders), there may be exceptions and therefore, a knowledgeable VA lender is your first step.
Depending n the type of financing you are doing, you may be required to get a wind mitigation. It is always a good idea to get one as it could save you money on your home owners insurance.
