"Lucky Lang was a great REALTOR to work with through buying our new house and selling our old house. On the selling side, he was able to publicize our house so quickly...that we literally sold it over one weekend. On the buying end, he did an excellent job of really expediting the process." Kevin and Sue DillLucky LangLucky Lang is the heart of the Quad-Cities when it comes to real estate. Whether buying or selling, you simply will NOT go wrong when you call Lucky Lang!Rob LangLucky Lang exceeded our expectations when helping us buy our first home. I was impressed and reassured by his expansive knowledge throughout every detail of the process. Coming into this as a first time buyer was a bit frightening, but Lucky helped explain everything from financing to eco-efficiency of homes and what costs we might expect down the road. He answered questions that we didn't even know we had! Lucky knows homes and he found the right one for us!Jen Lang"I don't think you could find a more knowledgeable, informative, caring REALTOR anywhere. Lucky was there to help us no matter what time of day or night. I can't say enough good about Lucky. We will always use him for any real estate transaction and recommend him highly." Otherwise, you may hire an Appraiser. Please let me know if you would like my assistance. Thanks!Answered: Sep 7, 2012Cliff, Pretty consistent answers from people here so I won't be redundant. Did you contact a lender and a REALTOR to assist you? That's your best bet. Good Luck! Lucky :)Answered: Sep 7, 2012One of the ways you can find this out is to make a trip to your County Recorder's Office. The Mortgage Note is most likely recorded there and with some time and much help from the staff there you should be successful at finding out what you are looking for. It won't, however, tell you if the loan has been sold and is now being serviced by another entity. By calling the original lender you might be able to track this down as well. If all else fails, do as Steve suggested.......call your REALTOR and he or she will assist you through the process. Good Luck! Lucky :)Answered: Sep 18, 2010Rick, The annual property taxes are $1,266. The address is 2004 Iowa Street, Davenport, IA Since your son is living here now, it would be a good idea to have him contact me to set up an appointment to go over all the properties that would be in the price range and areas that you are interested in. There are also properties that I know that will be coming up on the market soon that may be of interest to you. Please call my cell at your convenience: (563) 676-9031 Thanks!
